2017 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley Pair With Spring Salad

This beauty wafts from the glass with an enticing bouquet of fresh cut Meyer lemon, candied lychee fruit, and vibrant lime leaf. The zesty aromatics are textbook, and just take you right to a sunny spring day full of green grass and wildflowers. On the palate, this wine is generously textured; it completely coats the mouth while flavors of candied orange peel, ripe grapefruit, and white peach sail along to a persistent finish. While it's easy to enjoy on it’s own, this will pair splendidly with brie cheese, salads, and vegetables.

2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley Pair With Ribeye

Rich red cherry is abundant on the nose accompanied by notes of plum, blackberry compote, muddled blueberries, cocoa, and a hint of baking spices. This wine is incredibly rich in flavor but surprisingly elegant and velvety in structure. Chocolate covered black cherries and blackberries are present throughout the core. Hints of molasses and barrel spices round out the silky finish of this rich Cabernet Sauvignon.

93 Points James Suckling “Dark, toasted spices and rich, ripe blackberry and plum aromas lead to a palate that has a very plush array of ripe plums and berries, leading to a saturated, juicy and ripe finish. Silky. Drink or hold.” –12/2016

2013 Revelation, Contra CostaPair With Chocolate Mousse

The 2013 Revelation is rich, the nose is juicy and smells like a basket of red fruit and fruit pie spices. Candied red apple covered in chocolate and caramel is a high note, followed by hints of blackberries, red licorice, and pomegranate. The Revelation is literally mouth coating, which contributes to the continually lingering cherry flavor of this wine. Cranberries are bright and juicy on the palate, along with ripe mission figs.  The wine finishes with a beautiful combination of vanilla and blueberries to round out the palate.
