Busch Family Lemon Bar Recipe
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 2 cups flour (can use GF flour as well)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar (can use raw sugar as well)
- 2 lemons - grate rind
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Mix butter, powder sugar and flour. Pat info an 8x12 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and grate. Pour into the baked crust and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
