This is a textbook Trinitas Cellars reserve Chardonnay. Sweet aromatics of butterscotch, toast and vanilla custard fill the glass. This treat of a wine coats the palate with a round and velvety texture that’s full of flavors of ripe golden delicious apple, Meyer lemon and pear. This is a heavy hitting chardonnay that knocks it out of the park with flavor!

Every year our winemaker sets aside some of our favorite lots of old vine varietals and blends together a wine shrouded in “mystery”. While the varietals used in the blend change from year to year, we strive to recreate the same crowd-pleasing flavor profile with each new vintage. The aromas and palate showcase ripe raspberry, maraschino cherry, blackberry jam, and vanilla-tinged notes of oak. It’s as delicious as it sounds, and we hope that you agree it overdelivers for its price!
If you are looking for a big, jammy, rich and inky wine, you’ve found it! The 2014 Petite Sirah is about as extravagant as it gets. The bouquet is loaded with ripe blue and blackberry fruit that is beautifully complimented by notes of baking spices. On the palate, this thick, concentrated and explosive wine shows off layers and layers of ripe berry fruit. Blackberry, black raspberry, black cherry are accompanied by delightful savory notes of toasted vanilla bean, black pepper, and caramelized sugar. This puts everything we love about Petite Sirah on full display!

The 2014 Meritage simmers from the glass with a harmonious bouquet of mulberry, black cherry, clove, and toasted graham cracker. The Revelation is literally mouth coating, which contributes to the continually lingering cherry flavor of this wine.
