Garrett Busch, CEO
Garrett earned a BBA in Management Entrepreneurship and a master’s in finance and Investments from the University of Notre Dame in 2009 and 2010 respectively. After graduating, Garrett was appointed as the Director of Operations for his family’s winery, Trinitas Cellars. In 2012, he was promoted to CEO and continues to serve in this role. In 2018 Garrett took on the role of VP of Capital Markets for Pacific Hospitality Group, a company that owns and operates hotels throughout the United States, including The Meritage Collection, an exclusive collection of lifestyle hotels located in Napa, La Jolla, Kauai and Huntington Beach. Garrett and his team handle all hotel acquisitions and ground up development, as well as, all debt financing and equity sourcing for projects.
Sonyia Grabski, General Manager
Over the course of Sonyia’s career she has overseen sales and marketing for Constellation Wines, Terlato Wine Group, Visit Napa Valley as well as managing her own consulting business which provided strategies for companies including Iron Horse, Bonny Doon, Highway 12, VinoPro and many others. Sonyia joined the Trinitas Cellars team in June of 2019 as the General Manager. With more than 18 years of experience in wine sales Sonyia is known as a prime thought leader and amplifier in identifying market trends, innovative approaches in the wine industry which include wine sales programs and consumer targeting, acquisition and retention. Her programs are supported by effective and thorough marketing tactics to support long-term growth and profitability for the company and brand’s essential messaging.
Kevin Mills, Winemaker
Kevin Mills grew up in Oklahoma where he and his family have grown vines since 1977. After years of hard work and many "interesting" wines, he attended Grayson County College’s Viticulture and Enology program in Denison, Texas. Kevin later started the Canadian River Winery and mentored under Sean Foster, the winemaker at Peju Province Winery, for four and a half years. Kevin took the winemaker position for Trinitas Cellars in January 2007. His emphasis is to mainstream Trinitas with top tier Bordeaux and Burgundy varietals. Kevin has introduced Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet, and Meritage programs to the Trinitas Portfolio.
Sean Haarberg, VIP Manager
Sean’s love of wine began when his father let him have a small glass of wine with his Thanksgiving dinner when he was about sixteen years old. He and his father later opened a pizzeria together when Sean was 20 years old where Sean maintained a pretty decent wine list for a local pizza joint. He operated his restaurant for fourteen years, but before selling the business, he put himself through Sommelier school within the WSET program and earned a Level III Advanced Sommelier Certificate. Knowing he wanted his next chapter in life to be in the wine biz, he found a new career at Trinitas Cellar where he could express his passion for fine wine from Napa to our customers and VIP’s!
Kasey Hills, Southwest Sales Manager
Kasey received her Bachelor of Science in Wine & Viticulture from CalPoly San Luis Obispo and is also a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers. She discovered her passion for our wines while selling Trinitas during her first job at a Carlsbad wine shop. Now Kasey sells Trinitas to wine shops just like the one where her career started, as well as restaurants all over Southern California, Arizona and Nevada.
Born and raised in Napa Valley, Curt has enjoyed being immersed in the wine country lifestyle. He began working at wineries in Napa when he was completing his degree in History from Sacramento State University. Curt has spent the last 23 years working with exceptional Napa and Sonoma wines with a focus on direct to consumer sales. Curt’s passion is working with wine and hospitality professionals to create exceptional experiences for members and guests.
Jessica Grech, Executive Assistant & Project Manager
Jessica studied Communications at Sacramento State University. She has over 6 years of experience assisting C-Level executives. While her career started in healthcare, her love for wine and hospitality led her to work for Trinitas Cellars and Pacific Hospital Group. Jessica assists Garrett with his day-to-day duties for not just the winery, but also in the development of new hotels for PHG. She also leads the company with initiating and executing projects. Outside of work, Jessica is a member of Toastmasters International and the current President for Soroptimist International, Central Solano County.
Lilyanna Sousa, Concierge
Lilyanna has been in the wine industry her entire life. She grew up running through the vineyards, crushing and bottling wine in the backyard with her dad. Her professional career in the wine industry started when she was 14 years old at Adler Fels with her father where she worked as a bar back and eventually assisted the marketing manager. She also worked at ZD Wines and Alpha Omega Winery before coming to Trinitas Cellars. Lilyanna has been making wine with my dad for over 20 years and about 9 years ago she helped her dad create his own wine label, CounterPunch.
