"Trinity of Wine"
In early 2008, we will be releasing our Trinity of Wine program. The trinity will include three very special wines: 2006 ratZINger Zinfandel (Red), 2006 Psalms (White) and 2006 Rose’ary (a Rosé Blend). Pre-orders are being accepted; orders will ship in May.
The first release of the Trinity is the ratZINger Zinfandel honoring Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger who, in 2005, was elected Pope Benedict XVI. In his first papal encyclical, Deus Caritas Est, Pope Benedict XVI underscored that love of God and love of neighbor are inseparable - they both live from the love of God who loved us first. This wine is crafted in memory of Monsignor Thomas J. Herron, close friend and collaborator of Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, who lovingly labored for the Gospel until his death on May 2, 2004.
