Our 2010 Moscato has aromatics of stone fruit, peach blossoms and pear. On the palate there is a smooth texture with just a touch of spritz. Our Trinitas Moscato has bright acidity with flavors that will remind you of sweet summer peaches. It is crisp and clean with a finish that will dance across your palate.
Our California Moscato was crushed and pressed right after harvesting. It then went through 100% tank fermentation and finished at 12 brix. It spent 3 months in tank and was given 1 round of CO2.
Our California Moscato was sourced from warmer vineyards further south to achieve the ripe fruit forward profile we desired.
The 2010 Vintage was long and cool season that was very advantageous vintage for Northern California. The vintage kept the moderate brix while fruit flavors and esters matured.
