Last year's Lobster Boil was a blast and we expect a great turnout this year as well! We're happy to announce that Falcor Wine Cellars will be co-hosting the evening with us and pouring their delicious wines as well!

Falcor Wine Cellars, a stone’s throw away from Trinitas Cellars, is a small family boutique winery that produces around 17 different hand crafted wines. Started in 1995 by two adventurous and thirsty lawyers, Mike and Jim, from West Virginia who became friends with the infamous Ray Coursen, winemaker/owner of Elyse Winery in Yountville who helped Falcor get a jump start by scoring 93 points on its very first wine.

Please come out and meet Mike’s son Ryan, now Partner and Winemaker, and Chay, Director of Marketing and Hospitality and Chef who will be pouring and talking about the Falcor wines paired at this year’s Lobster Boil.

For those of you who'd like to attend we suggest you make a weekend of it by reserving a room at the Meritage Resort and Spa. We're offering a special VIP room rate for guests who are attending the Lobster Boil as well. Please make your reservations ASAP.
