The nose jumps right out of the glass with beautiful strawberry and hints of ripe cantaloupe. Slight notes of toasted barrel, watermelon, and cotton candy round out the aroma.
On the palette, this Sauvignon Blanc has a juicy acidity with candied lychee and guava fruits. Its' finish is long and clean with delicate baking spices and minerality.
Aromatics of lime, vanilla, Meyer lemon, and wet stone jump out of the glass and give the bouquet great character and depth. The nose finishes with a sweet note of honey which rounds out the fruit. The Russian oak builds a solid core that is full and round.
The bouquet is delicate yet rich displaying delicious toasted marshmallows, vanilla bean, and the classic Trinitas signature Butterscotch. The mouthfeel on the Chardonnay is full and broad. The creamy texture coats your mouth and leads to a lengthy finish.

The nose is chiseled and laser precise with lemon curd, stone fruit, and Swiss meringue. The palate is silky and opulent, with lemon and pineapple upfront that melts into Crème Anglaise, butterscotch, and sweet French butter.
The 2013 Family Collection Chardonnay begins with aromatics of vanilla, toast, honeycomb, dulce de leche and cinnamon. The wine, as always, is viscous and mouth filling, the bright, luscious fore palate opens up with tropical notes of lychee and grilled pineapple before the beautiful oak notes of butterscotch, caramel, and vanilla round out this wine’s lengthy finish.
The nose screams apricots and continues to exhibit the classic baking spice notes from the Russian oak. The slightest hints of orange liqueur can be picked up upon deeper examination. The palate continues the apricot flavors from the nose and introduces hints of pistachio and the richness of mascarpone cheese. The finish ends on a high note of sweet vanilla ice cream covered in Armagnac.
The nose on the 2013 is bright and intense featuring the classic Trinitas Pinot rhubarb pie, with intense rhubarb and beautiful notes of cinnamon, all spice, cloves, and apple pie spice. The palate is rich, with an assortment of red, black, and bing cherry flavors. The baking spices transfer beautifully to the palate and accent the broad mouthfeel and body of this wine.
This is our most popular red wine! Each year our winemaker blends our favorite old vine varietals. The blend is truly a “mystery” until the wine is bottled. Our goal is to produce a fruit forward, approachable wine that can be enjoyed with or without food. The aromas and palate showcase ripe raspberry, maraschino cherry, blackberry jam and vanilla tinged notes of oak. This is a perfect wine to take to a dinner party and share with friends. Aged exclusively in American oak barrels.

Flavors of cherry liqueur, vanilla, and dark chocolate dominate the palate.
The nose starts with surprising hints of BBQ notes like mesquite and a pinch of pepper. This evolves into beautiful notes of big black cherry, dark chocolate, and essences of raspberry. The palate is dominated by chocolate and coffee notes, the mid palate has hints of cola berry and currant which leads to the long lingering finish.

The big cherry, blueberry, and strawberry notes are bold and hit you in the cheeks with flavor. The Mataro also has hints of cedar, hickory, and vanilla, with a nice finish of cherries jubilee.

The 2014 CABERNET FRANCis begins with aromas of cassis, star of anise, and ground nutmeg, then moves into notes of mocha, ground cacao powder, and beautiful ripe cherries. The palate starts with rich flavors of cherries jubilee, malted chocolate and barrel notes of crème brûlée and barrel spices.
There are aromas of maple cured bacon, cocoa powder, currant preserves, and a hint of dried tobacco leaf. The palate is well balanced with bright acid and bountiful mouthwatering tannins. This wine is all about dark chocolate with bright red fruit notes on the finish.

The nose is velvety with rich notes of cinnamon, anise, molasses, and blackberry jam. There are also hints of clove and just a pinch of black pepper. The palate is equally as silky and opens with delicate notes of cherry and ripe raspberry. The wine grows on the palate showing its breadth and beautiful core which leads into a rich blackberry compote finish, complemented but the soft, fine tannin structure.
The beautiful French oak notes of cola berry, toast, and barrel spice kick off the nose on the Father Mathew Cabernet Sauvignon. The classic ripe red cherry that we always look forward to on this wine sweetens the core of the nose with a hint of blueberry on the backend.
